About the Project

Overview:
Loyalty Care focuses on inclusive, high-quality NDIS services. Their goal was to build trust and visibility with a consistent brand look across digital platforms and community-driven messaging.

Challenge:
The brand lacked visual consistency and strategic storytelling. They needed a unified look across posts, with a stronger community message that resonated with carers, families, and participants.

Solution:
We developed a fresh content calendar featuring testimonials, service spotlights, themed awareness posts, and video-based updates. Static templates were designed in soft but bold colours, while short animations added personality.
