Overview:
A Dignified Care Services is a registered NDIS provider based in Melbourne, offering personalised disability support services. Their mission is to empower individuals through tailored care plans that promote independence and well-being.
Challenge:
The organisation required a comprehensive online platform to effectively communicate their wide range of services, facilitate client engagement, and streamline the referral process.
Solution:
We developed a user-friendly website with intuitive navigation, detailing their services such as Respite Care, Personal Care, and Therapeutic Supports. A dedicated referral form was integrated to simplify client onboarding. The design emphasised accessibility, ensuring compliance with web content accessibility guidelines.
